The Meeting agreed that the
motion of Deacon McCosh shall take
presedence of Mr Duncans although last

Which day a meeting of the Tailor Trade
was held for the purpose of Collecting Quarter
accounts & for transacting any other business
that may come before the Meeting
The Boxmasters accounts were appointed
to be audited on monday first at six
o Clock evening & the following members were
appointed auditors Viz James Reid – William
Young & Thomas Peter
Mr Thomas Peter in pursuance of
a previous notice moved the following resolution
Viz – That in all future cases of applications
“on the part of Masters Sons & Sons in law,
“not being Handicrafts, to be admitted free
“Masters of this Incorporation, it shall be
“incumbent on the Deacon in office to
