” ^give^ ~require~ one full days notice in writing
” to the members of the Incorporation before
” Calling a meeting to consider such application
” & such notice to contain the name, occu-
“-pation & residence of the applicant, & also
” to mention his relationship to any member
” of the Trade as the grounds of his application
” & that the entry money in all such cases
” shall be in future twenty two pounds.
Mr James Reid moved that the above
motion shall lie on the table till next
meeting & then be resumed – which amendt
was carried –

Mr David Duncan moved that
in future no Quarter accounts shall be
collected by the Trade which was seconded
by Mr Thomas Peters –
Deacon Malcom moved as an
amendment that the Quarter accounts shall
in future be two shillings yearly which
was seconded by John young
~The Trade~ Mr Duncan with the
consent of the seconder withdrew his motion
& of course Deacon Malcoms motion was carried
