Dundee May 29 1823

At a Meeting of the Trade
held this Evening ^they^ agreed to pay to the
following Widows Thirty Shillings each
Widows Wilson Duncan Robertson
Reid Strachan G. Mcdonald A. Mcdonald
Dick Ogilvie ~W~ Smith and Watson
and to Agnes Anderson 5/ and
Cathren Smith 5/
the Boxmaster laid befor the Trade that
John Beanston had refused to pay his Seat
Rent unles compeld. the Trad in consequence
ordred the Boxmaster to Summon him if he
neither pays for nor gives it up
At Same time the Trade ordered the Roof
emidetly above Messers George & J Watsons
Kitchans ^to be^ Overhaled as the Rain comes
in and Runs down throug bath Kitchans
at Same time to Plaster the Closs about three
Feet up the wal to prevent the damp from coming
through to Mr Watsons Rooms –

and before proceeding to Business the preceeding Minute
was read over and the Clause herein contained relative to
John Beanstone was agreed to be deleted as incorrect
