The Trade being meet, Consulting about
their ordeniry affairs Deacon Malcom Moved
that the entrey money of a Fremans Son & Son=
=in-Law shall be redused to Five pounds in
place ^of the former dues being^ of £9 – ” a Fremans Son & £11 for a Son-in=
=Law which Motion was Seconded by Mr
Duncan ~which~ ^this^ Motion was orderd to lie on
the Table for the Consideration of
two Subseqent Meetting of the Trade to
be Called for that purpase

at Same Tim the Deacon laid befor the Trad
a proposel to take a Share, or Shares of the
Forfarshire Fire Jnsuranc Company, the Trad
haveng taken the Same into Consideration they
~tack~ declined borrowing Money for that
purpase at presant, – The Deacon forther
Moved that al Minuts Shal lie unsigned
till the next Meetting of the Trade which
was agreed to –
