At Same Time application was made for Alex Langlands
he being Reported to be distressed, the Committee Recommend
to the Deacon & Boxmaster to visit the said Alex Langlands
and if his case Require it to give five shillings for his Relief

Which Day the Tailor Trade being met to consult
on their Ordinary affairs, it was stated to the
Meeting that the Cellars which the Trades incoming
Tenant, was to Use as a Confection House would
Require to be paved – and the Deacon stated that some
other Parts in the Property would Require Paving
also, and the Masson had informed him that he
would Lay the same with Pavement three
Inches thick and beded with Lime for Sixpence
per foot, the Trade Order the same to be done –
It was also stated that the Masson would agree
to chissal and point the front and make up the ~[?]~
ribbats and window Soles with Roman Cement –
for ^about^ the Sum of Three Pounds and not Exceeding Four
which was also agreed to be done it was also agreed to
Put the three Old windows from the front Shop into
the Back Cellars and to Plaster the Roof of the front
Shop before the Beam, Running across the Shop and
any other Repairs which is for the Benefit of the Property
and Convenience of the Tenants
