Which Evening the Tailor Trade being met
Thomas Clark Member of the Trade Produced
His Apprentice Alexander Coupars, Indenture
to be Entered as a Free Apprentice of the
Tailor Incorporation, the Indenture being
According to the Law of the Incorporation for
the Space of Six Years ^& Valid^ From and After
the Eleventh Day of August One Thousand Eighteen
Hundred & Seventeen, The Trade order the Same
To be booked up in the Book of Entries

Which day the Taylor Trade being
met to consult on their ordinary business
after colecting Quarter Accounts it was
agreed to give to the decayed Members and
Widows the following Sums to Viz to D Ogilvy
thirty Shillings to James Dick Senr twenty
Shillings and to the following Widows forty five
Shillings Each Widow Wilson Duncan Robertson
Anderson Reid Fife Strachan W Smith M Donald
Muir Dick E Smith Leighton to Widow Kinnear
ten Shillings and to Margoat Black five Shillings
it was afterwards agreed to give Widow Strachan
fifteen Shillings More for behoof of her Dawghter
