Deacon McCosh seconded the above
Motion which was carried unanimously,
with the exception of Deacon Johnston.
The Meeting appointed the Deacon and
Box Master – along with Convener Young, Deacon
~Johnston~ ^McCosh^ & Mr Kinnear as a Committee
to consult with the Law Agents in regard
to the Case & to revise the Memorial
to Counsel – the Deacon to be Convener and
three a Quorum
The Meeting unanimously resolved that
a Vote of thanks be returned to the
Deacon of the Tailor Trade of Aberdeen
& of Perth for the prompt and obliging
Information communicated by them in answer
to the agents application to them, & that
this resolution be intimated to them respectively.
