The Agents reported that in terms of the In-
structions given at last Meeting they had
written to the Deacon of ~the~ Taylor Trade
in each of Aberdeen & Perth, & had received
Answers from each of them, which, with the
accompanying Documents from Aberdeen, were
read to the Meeting. –
Deacon Beunston moved that the Trade
accept of Mr. Murisons Offer to pay the
Dues – but this motion was not seconded. –
Convener Ivory moved that an Application
for Interdict and Damages be prepared agt Mr.
Murison – and that the same be submitted
to Robert Forsyth Advocate. or failing his Opinion
being got in a day or two that it ~be~ ^may once^ be submitted
to James Ivory Advocate – Also that a Me-
morial be at sametime laid before Counsel
for his Opinion upon the merits of the Case
