Dundee 6th November 1821
At A Meeting Held this Evening of the Tailor Trade
Quarter Accounts was collected it was also ordered
that the Boxmaster do pay the clerk his salary
of one Pound one shilling per year being the
usual salary that has been Paid the the Trades clerk
it was also ordered to Give the officers a Plaiden
undercoat & pettycoat to keep her warm during
the winter

Dundee 21 Novem 1821
The meeting appointed the following members
of the Trade to audit the Boxmasters account
for the year ending Martinmas 1821 – to meet
for that purpose on Monday first the 26th currt
at 7 oclock in the evening viz. Messrs
Wm Young, John Young, James Brown and
Alexander Air –
The Boxmaster laid before the meeting an
account charged against the Trade by Jas Anderson
Wright amounting to L – 16/3 which being read
over the meeting authorised the Boxmaster to pay Mr
Anderson the amount.
