Deacon and Boxmasters accounts for the year ending this
date were read over approved of and docqueted, and
the balance of £8.2.2 ordered to be paid to their Successors
in office.

this Evening for the Election of a Boxmaster ^& Councillors^ for the year
commencing at this term of Martinmass, Mr John
Young Tailor in Dundee was duly elected to the
office of Boxmaster and Messrs Thomas Peter, John
Paterson, James Brown and David Duncan to be
Councillors to the Trade for the same period

Evening – it was agreed to by a Majority that the
following Widows should ~be~ be allowed Two
Pounds five Shillings Sterling ^at this time for the late term^ viz Widows
Wilson Robertson Reid Strachan Smith Mc
Donald Ogilvy A McDonald Watson Lighton &
Langlands. It was also agreed to ~by a Majority~
^unanimously^ that George Fairweather should henceforth until
further notice receive one Shilling per week
in addition to his present allowance making
