a fair one, Unanimousley accepted the said offer
of £45- yearly for a Lease of seven years from
the term of Whitsunday 1825- and ordered the
Deacon to transmitt a letter to Mr George Watson
accepting his offer accordingly upon his granting
security for his regularly paying the same half yearly
in equal proportions as it falls due.
Copy obligation by the Cautioners
for the Rent.
We hereby become Bound for the Rent of the pre-
mises within mentioned to the Taylor Trade
And that the Rent shall be regularly paid
half yearly commencing the first half
years payment at Martinmas 1825 for the
half year preceeding and so on half yearly
thereafter till the expiry of seven years
after whitsunday 1825 Witness our hand
at Dundee this twelfth day of may
Eighteen hundred & twenty three.
