Dundee 14th Octo.r 1818
The Trade being met for the
purpose of letting two Gentelmen
for the Harbour Comusenars when
the two following Gentelmen were
acordingly letted D. William Lindsay

Dundee 28th October 1818 –
The Council of the Trade being called by the
Deacon he stated that Mrs Cochran her daughter
and Grand Child were all Lying in the Tyfus feber
and were in a poor state as to Pecuniary matters
The Council do unanimously agree to Give them
Ten ~five~ shillings for Present Relief and Recommend
the Deacon and Boxmaster to Call upon the infirmary
Surgeon of the Destrict ^to^ which they Belong and
Get them as in or out Patients of the infirmary
as the Surgeon My Recommend
An Application was also Receivd from Deacon
Ogilvy for a Little assistance the Counsell also
Ordered the Boxmaster to pay to him Ten shillings
for his Relief ~for the Present~
