at the rate of one shilling weekly till Farther
consideration, it was also agreed to pay one shilling
weekly to Alexr Langlands till Farther consideration
in consequence of his Bodily Infirmity

at a meeting of the Council the Deacon Reported that
he had Received from the Convener Court Two Pounds
Ten shillings being the Trades Proportion of Hansel Recd
from the ^Town^ Council for the Present & Past Years –
The Council agree to Give the Following persons
hansel as Follows Viz –
James Dick A Langlands & Geo Fairweather 3 shillg
Each – Widow M Lauchlan 5/- Widows Wilson, Reid
Dick, Strachan, Ogilvy, Geo Smith, Duncan
F Mcdonald A Mcdonald & Ogilvy Pittarrow
2/6 Each – in all One Pound Fourteen shillings
Deacon Malcolm at same Time Paid to the Boxmaster
4 shillings being a surplus collected by the sale of
Bylaws &c by him while in office
