from this time receive 2 shillings
a week instead of 1 shilling & sixpence
which he formerly received – which motion
was seconded by Mr James Kinnear
upon the motion being caled ~the vote~
it was lost by a majority of one –
two members declining to vote

The trade unanimously voted
ten shillings to Margret Black
now confined in the lunatic Asylym
which sum the Boxmaster was ordered
to deposite in the hands of Mr Radley

Dundee 5th June 1826

The Deacon stated to the meeting that it had
been called for the purpose of entering David
Fairweather son of George Fairweather master Tailor
in Dundee a member and free master of the
Incorporation on payment of the usual Entry
money or dues of his freedom: And the Deacon made
a motion accordingly, which was unanimously carried;
And the said David Fairweather having afterwards
paid the dues was duly admitted and Booked
a free master of the Trade with all the usual
privileges and immunities thereto belonging –
