Your offer for altering covering and
Painting the ^wood^ seats in the old church according
to the specification sent you of which the Committee
have a copy they app both as it respects the time
and manner expressed in it – The Bead of Mah=
ogany in front of the Book board, instead
of Brass nails is approved of – with respect
to the cloth No 1 is prefered to No 2, but the
committee would prefer a better cloth to
either
and hope it will make no difference to Mr
Anderson that the cloth be defered for 8 days
and whatever difference of price may be between
the cloth that the committee may approve of
and No 1 in your offer, they bind themselves
to pay – Were it at all convenient for Mr A.
to execute the wood work before Sabbath first
the committee would feel obliged by it, they
also resolve that the door leading out of the
front seat through the Magistrates loft shall
not be closed up as stated in the specification
but that this shall make no difference in the
price stated in the estimate – We are Sir your
