Dundee 7th November 1822
At a meeting of the Trade held within their
Hall this day, the accounts of the Expences
incurred by the ^Six^ ~nine~ Trades ^*^ in the various
processes betwixt them and the Glovers, Fleshers, and
Dyers were laid before them, bearing a balance
still due to the agents of £128.8.7.
The Deacon laid before the meeting a Copy
of a Minute of the nine Trades of date the 23
October last, bearing that the accounts of the
Boxmaster to the General fund had been
examined & found correct, That the Cash belonging
to the fund in the hands of the union Bank
amounted on the 14th of Octr to £410, and that the
balance in the Boxmasters hands to £2.9.10
The Boxmaster was employed in collecting
the quarter accounts.
The meeting named the following Members
for auditing the Boxmasters accounts for the Current
year vizt Messs John Young, Thomas Pales, Wm Young
& Robert McCoish and fixed Monday the 25th
Current at 7 P.M. for their meeting to audit the
same. –

1821 to Martinmas last being laid before
the meeting and read over, were found to
be correctly stated, and ordered to be engrossed
in ~Current~ Books of the Trade.
