The whole Deacons and Individual members of the
whole Incorporations being mett in the Burial place
the Usuall meeting place The Convener Called
them together and Intimate to them that by the
Sett & practice of this Burrows this Thursday was the
day for Electing and Chosing of the Provost
Baillies, Dean Guild, Treasurer, their own Convener
and Deacons of their respective incorporations and
Desired the Clerk to read over the leites given into him
by the Town Clerks in obedience to which being Done the
Convener Desired them to retire to their respective
usual places and Elect accordingly which they did
a little after John Procter Deacon to the Bakers, Colin
Simmers to Cordiners, Alexander Watson late Deacon
to Glovers in absence of the present Deacon, Joseph Sime
to Taylors, John Gray
