Slater to inspect the same and to repair the
same.

Dundee 6th Jany 1824
At a meeting of the Trade held this Evening it
was agreed to pay the following named Widows
2/6 Each in Name of Hansell
Widows, Duncan, Wilson, Reid, Ogilvy, Smith
Strachan Dick, A McDonald, M McDonald
a Letter was produced from John Cochran requesting
a Sum of Money to Assist in paying his Wifes funeral
Expences, But it was deemed by the members present
that, in the present state of the funds & the slender
claim he had at this time upon them, it would
not be proper to Grant his request

At a meeting of the Trade held this evening for the purpose
of collecting the quarter accounts & considering about the ordinary
affairs of the Trade, When it was by the meeting that the
Deacon & Boxmaster should wait on Mr Bruce wright &
then to ascertain what the rents of the Trades houses
should be & to report the same next meeting
