were of opinion that if the United Trades made an
official intimation to that effect that the corres
pondence obtained on the subject be thereon laid
before them and the Clerk was Directed to write
their Conveener of the Joint Committees readiness
to do so how soon the united Trades officially ap
pointed a Committee of their number to deliberate
jointly with them

The Tailor Trade met in their
Hall to consult upon ordinary affairs & collect
quarter accounts and there being no other business
laid before the Meeting the they adjourned

The Tailor Trade being met
in their Hall to take into consideration the
report made by the Committee elected by a
General Meeting of ^the^ Nine Trades ^the^ 7 day of
April which the Trade approved of the bye
laws And it was also agreed to give Mrs W
Smith 3/ and James Leathers and John Young
was appointed to visit Mrs W Smith And rep
ort there being no other business laid before
the meeting they adjourned
