Which day the Tailor Trade being
met to Consult upon their ardenarey
afairs it was moved and unanimisly agread to
that one Guinea should be given towards
the colection for the benifect of the Infirmery

Dundee 15th June 1819 –
The Tailor Trade being Met To Resume Consideration
of Mr James Fenton Tailor, Hilltown Case Relative
to his Encroching on the Privilages of the Tailor
Incorporation, it was Motioned and Unanimously
agreed to before taking the Business into Consideration
that a fine of One Pound shall be fined on any
Member of the Tailor Trade which May attend the
Meetings of the Incorporation, and Disclose the
Business to persons Not Members of the Trade ^the same law to embrace members not attending the meetings if aquanted^
Which Evil has been of Late Much and Justly
Complained of – and Which Practice has been and
May be verry Injurious to the Intrest of the
Corporation ^The fine to be payd before such member convicted of Afored Practice can have any Privelege belonging the Trade^
It Was ^Then~also~^ agreed to take Legal Advice
in the Case of Mr Fenton and the Committee
appointed at the Meeting of 31st Last May
