Agreeable to last Minute the Trade Mett
to take in to Consideration the letting of the
Old Church Seats and by a large Majority
it was Agreed ~by a large Maj~ nat to
lett them it was also Agreed that they
shall never be lett til two ~Express~
Mettings be Called for that Express
Purpass and the Metting that it shall
be proposed in shall nat be one of
them and this Minut to be Incerted
in the Sedurent Book it was also
agreed that a Cover be Gott for the
Seats

At a meeting of the trade this evening
it was agreed that in answer to a letter received from
Thos Young requesting to be (on certain conditions) ~to be~
admitted a member of the trade, that Mr Young
shall pay to the funds of the trade three pounds sterling
and the trade give him liberty without molestation to
carry on his business for six months from the date of
the payment, and if he enter the trade at the expir-
-ation of that time the three pounds to account as
part of his entry – If he should not find it at that
time convenient to enter – that he shall then pay
two pounds more, and and have liberty to carry
