The Bonmaster produced Bond of Caution for his Intromissions to the extent of £100 in terms of the Rules which was approved of and the convener was requested to get it deposited for safe keeping in the Clydesdale Bank.
The Meeting held on first September last was adjourned for want of a Quorum.

It was certified to the Meeting that there had been admitted one Member of the Baker Trade since their Locket Book was last docquetted viz:
Thomas Congleton, Solicitor Ex Convener Munro in right of his father in law.
and that the following parties had been admitted Members of the Bonnetmaker Trade since their Locket Book had been last docquetted viz;

And the Bonmaster certifying that the said Entry dues had been paid the Meeting admitted and hereby admit the said Thomas Congleton, A. B. Whitton, David Rollo, Silvester Rollo, George Rollo, & Norman B. Rollo, free Members of the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee with all rights privileges and immunities pertaining to membership
The Meeting then proceeded to scrutinize the Lists of the Poor lodged by the respective Trades and fixed the same as follows viz:
